Pictures taken during a visit to the Col. James M. Schoonmaker at the National Museum of the Great Lakes in Toledo, OH on May 16, 2026 by Norbert Doerry. The Col. James M. Schoonmaker is a Great Lakes ore carrier built in 1911 and operated until 1980. It was extensively modernized several times.
